What this site collects
When you fill out the contact form on this site, it collects your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional message, such as the address of the property you want managed. If you give a phone number, the site records whether you ticked the box agreeing to calls and texts, the exact wording shown next to that box, and the date and time.
The site also records the campaign tags on the link you arrived from and the name of the website that sent you, never the full address of that page. Like any website, the hosting service keeps standard server logs.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Management agreements, rental applications and leases are separate documents with their own terms, and the information collected through them is handled under those documents.
Who receives it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Your form submission goes to GoHighLevel, the contact management system Harvest Real Estate Property Management uses to follow up on inquiries, and to Betsy Nava-Flores. If you use the chat assistant on the site, your messages are processed by Anthropic, the company that provides it. Maps on the site are provided by Google.
Each of these companies handles information for us under its own published terms. We use them to run the website and respond to you, and we do not give them permission to use your information for their own advertising.
How it is used
Your information is used to answer your inquiry and to follow up about managing or leasing your property. We do not sell your personal information. If you ask to receive marketing, it comes from Harvest Real Estate Property Management, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Calls and text messages
We only call or text a number you gave us after you agreed to it on a form. By agreeing, you consent to be contacted by Harvest Real Estate Property Management by call, email and text about property management services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
Your choices
