Terms of Use

Terms for using the Harvest Real Estate Property Management website: who runs it, what it is and is not, rent estimates, pricing, fair housing and Texas law.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Betsy Nava-Flores, Texas real estate broker, License #480380, RBMJ Realty, PLLC dba Harvest Real Estate (Harvest Real Estate Property Management), TREC #9004826, 14433 Old Bandera Road, Helotes, TX 78023.

What this site is and is not

This site gives general information about our property management services and the rental market in San Antonio and the surrounding area. It is not legal, tax, lending, insurance or investment advice. For advice on your own situation, talk to a licensed attorney, tax professional, lender or insurance agent.

Visiting this site or sending us a message does not create a management relationship. Management begins only when you and the brokerage sign a written management agreement, and that agreement, not this site, sets the terms of our services.

Rent estimates and pricing

Rent figures, rental analyses and examples on this site are estimates based on the information available when they were prepared. They are not promises of what a home will rent for or how long it will take to lease. Our posted management pricing can change, and the fees that apply to you are the ones in your signed management agreement.

Using this site

The words, photos and design on this site belong to Harvest Real Estate Property Management or the people who licensed them to us. You may read the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, scrape or republish it.

Fair Housing

Harvest Real Estate Property Management supports the federal Fair Housing Act and Texas fair housing law. We serve owners and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and we apply the same written screening criteria to every rental applicant. Equal Housing Opportunity.

Texas real estate notices

Texas law requires every real estate brokerage to provide the Information About Brokerage Services notice and the Consumer Protection Notice. Links to both are in the footer of every page.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. Questions? Visit the contact page, read the privacy policy, or return to the home page.
