Acreage Versus Subdivision

Helotes rentals tend to fall into two kinds, and they manage differently. Acreage properties come with long fence lines, larger yards and sometimes outbuildings, and the lease has to say plainly what the tenant maintains and what the owner does. Homes in the newer master-planned subdivisions are simpler to maintain but usually come with an HOA whose deed restrictions may set lease terms or require tenant registration. Your Monthly Routine
